Bénédicte Gariel is an executive coach and partner in the outplacement firm Cap Dirigeant. She supports leaders at all the key stages of their career, whether they are looking for their next career opportunity or they want to succeed in their current job. She helps them to implement the changes that will enable them to successfully meet new challenges.

Her coaching experience is enriched by a 15-year professional background in sales management, team leadership and marketing strategy in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Telco), with an accurate understanding of corporate environments.
